Clinic Policies


Due to high demand for our services, and with our therapists being highly sought-after at Dr. Manal Almansoori Polyclinic, we ask that prior to booking an appointment you agree to our terms and conditions.

Every client’s time is valuable and we will do our utmost best to respect your time. Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our patients, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. AED50 deposit is required for all skin appointments regardless of any prepaid packages on accounts. AED100 deposit is required for skin appointments over 1 hour time frames. For cancellation and no shows of appointments within 24 hours, the deposit will be lost or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited.

All new clients must arrive 10 minutes early to appointment bookings to ensure all relevant forms are signed. If you are running late, the clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their next following procedure.

For all new skin and laser clients, a consultation is required. We can generally do a treatment on the same day with your consultation however if the clinician assesses any specific medical conditions or you are taking any certain prescribed medications that may compromise your treatment results, an alternate treatment may be recommended.

Some procedures we perform in-clinic may require pre and or post-care corrective products as a “skin prep” to ensure appropriate care for the treatment area. This also is to ensure we limit the associated risks involved. For certain procedures this is a non-negotiable however will be discussed with you at the time of your consultation and or before treatment.

A notification reminder will be sent via Email 24hours prior to your scheduled appointment along with a notification email 24hrs prior and on the day the appointment is made. We understand that you may need to change your booking, and we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow us enough time to offer that time frame to another client, please phone the clinic on (04) 242 0660 or email  if you cannot make your booking. If sufficient notice is given (24 hour’s prior) you will not lose your booking deposit or prepaid treatment. Cancellations via our social media platforms will not be accepted. We receive over 40+ enquires per day via social media and can not filter through to your cancellation notification message in time.

This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and to protect Dr. Manal Almansoori Polyclinic’s interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.



Dr. Manal Almansoori Polyclinics ethics policy has been put in place so that our clients are aware of unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances that prevent clients from getting to appointments, or other potential emergencies that are genuine and prevent clients from attending, or death, debilitating sickness or disease.


Examples of situations that are NOT acceptable & will require cancellation fees;

Forgetting appointments or “no showing”.

Last-minute work roster changes.

Changing schedules or double booking.

Running late & missing your appointment.

Mild sickness such as colds/flu that do not prevent clients from attending work/events (we exercise caution & provide sufficient barriers to clients & staff).

We do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, however because of the high demand for our clinicians we only provide a small window for genuine circumstances.



At Dr. Manal Almansoori Polyclinic we accept  Visa, MasterCard, Cash.

All appointments performed on the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day. If you fail to pay for your treatment on the day or leave the premises without payment or knowledge of the therapist, you will forthwith be banned from the clinic and all future appointments will be immediately cancelled. In this circumstance, Dr. Manal Almansoori Polyclinic holds the right to legally pursue this incident.

Dr. Manal Almansoori Polyclinic does not provide refunds for “change of mind” and we abide by and follow The United Arab Emirates Consumer Affairs guidelines.
